Consultation

  • One-to-two-hour consultation

  • Deep dive into project details and vision

  • Review design ideas (pictures of what you love are great!)

  • Discuss budget range and estimated duration

  • Answer any questions you may have

  • Take measurements and photos

  • Discuss Professional Service Agreement

Pre-Construction

  • Discovery work required (Architect, Engineer, etc.)

  • Design selections

  • Permitting initiated (if required)

  • Final estimate

  • Contract and start date

Construction

  • Regular updates from Project Manager

  • Change order review and approval through BuilderTrend

  • Schedule updates weekly through BuilderTrend

  • Trash removal and clean up by crew on a regular basis

COMPLETION

  • Punch list and preliminary walk through

  • Final walk through

  • Review of warranty

  • “After” photos

Our Promise
 

OUR PROMISE

North Dallas Renovations stands by our work and provides a 10-year warranty on craftsmanship. We trust and have strong relationships with our partners, therefore we agree to provide labor and supplies required to correct a problem during the warranty period.

The warranty does not cover material or work that falls under a manufacturer’s warranty, is purchased by the Owner independently, as well as work completed by an outside subcontractor or not under the direction of North Dallas Renovations, LLC.

Our warranty does not cover damage or repairs due to abuse, normal wear, and tear, improper use, storm or fire damage, vandalism, and the like.

​

Should any defect develop during the warranty period due to improper materials or workmanship, the defect, including adjacent work displaced, will be repaired or replaced by North Dallas Renovations at no expense to the Owner.


North Dallas Renovations asks that all warranty requests be provided in writing upon finding and allow up to 60 days to correct. If the warranty work is an emergency or creates a hazard in your home, we will absolutely do our best to address the issue immediately.


Again, we stand behind our work and believe every customer deserves to feel safe even after our job is complete.
